Convenient location with Penny and DM markets nearby. Nice and clean new rooms with a lift available. The hotel is located close to Esslingen city, which is only about 10 minutes away by car.
Limited parking spaces, only enough for around 15 cars. Finding parking on the street can be challenging, especially later in the evening.

Spent New Year's at a hotel and I had a great experience. the hotel had very friendly staff and it was conveniently located across from Penny and DM markets. the room was very clean and new and there was a great bakery just a few steps down the road. Plus, the hotel had a lift which was super helpful.
The parking was limited and we had trouble finding a spot on the street late at night. the furniture was very minimalist and the shower was open, which wasn't ideal.

We stayed at a new, fresh hotel with a simple breakfast. the location was convenient, with Penny, Lidl, and DM markets right in front of the hotel. the room was quiet, very clean, and had a lift available. We enjoyed the excellent bakery just 70 meters away. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking places were limited, which made finding a spot in the late evening a bit challenging.
